    Hello and welcome to Baked Books! A podcast where I get high and talk about a book I've been reading! I had read 2/3rds of Dawn by Octavia E. Butler by the time of this recording. I just want to say 27 is still young haha, I know I make it sound otherwise, but I was just trying to be as accurate as I can and it came out wrong. That being said Lilith is 26 at the start of the book and around 28 by the end.

    So much of Dawn is a set up to the rest of the trilogy and I will report as I go! There will be spoilers but I hope you enjoy this first episode! I am excited to continue to explore the concept of humanity in this series. From one book loving stoner to another, enjoy!
