• a bachelor's from Virginia Tech;
• a master's from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology; and
• a Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico.

Hey Hokie! Experience global engineering with today's guest: Molly Boal, an Engineering and Technical Manager at SGA Technologies Limited in the United Kingdom. Molly has her bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Virginia Tech, participated in study abroad at the Technical University of Denmark and conducted undergraduate research for microfluidic electroporation for gene and cell delivery (say that 10 times fast).

Brian Novoselich, a newly minted Colonel, associate professor and Director of Strategic Plans & Assessment (G5) at the United States Military Academy at West Point (phew). In addition to his Ph.D. in Engineering Education from Viginia Tech, he's got his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from West Point and his MSE in Thermal Fluid Systems from the University of Texas at Austin. Megan and I get the civilian summary on military education at West Point; how Brian is practically the only person at West Point with his Ph.D. in Engineering Education (whaaat) and get some great engineering advice for our cadets!
