    Season two: why should I go to church and what do I do when I get there?


    Nick Crawley is an Anglican clergyman with over 30 years experience of church leadership in London, Harare (Zimbabwe), Sheffield, and Bristol. He is a qualified Banker and Investment Analyst and was awarded an MA with merit in Christian Theology from the University of Bristol. He holds a Certificate in Mentoring from Anamcara Consulting. He teaches on Discipleship and Spiritual formation at churches and colleges in in the UK. He is married to Dr. Lucy Peppiatt the systematic theologian and author, and current Principal of Westminster Theological Centre. They have four sons.


    ‘Bible for Life’ developed from Nick Crawley’s teaching in the churches he led over thirty years of ministry. It is designed to help men and women engage with scripture, discover its treasures for themselves, put Jesus’ teaching into practice, and live by the Spirit in His kingdom. Since 2014 the material on the website has been developed to include a combination of different learning approaches and levels of engagement. Several guest scholars have contributed to the development of the site by providing material on the books of their expertise.

    Season two: why should I go to church and what do I do when I get there?


    Lucy has been Principal at Westminster Theology College since 2013. She teaches courses in Christian doctrine and in spiritual formation. She holds bachelor’s degrees in both English and Theology. She completed her MA in Systematic Theology at King’s College, London, and her PhD through the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand. Lucy’s research interests are Christ and the Spirit, Charismatic theology, theological anthropology, discipleship, 1 Corinthians, and women in the Bible. Lucy is part of Crossnet Anglican Church in Bristol, which is led by her husband, Nick Crawley. They have four sons and four daughters-in-law.
