  • How Many Teams are in the Western Playoff Race? | Daily Faceoff LIVE
    Mar 13 2025

    Welcome to Daily Faceoff Live!

Yesterday we looked at the Eastern Playoff Race, today we look at the West!

Last night the Canucks pulled off a huge win against Calgary to keep them in the swing of things in the West. Can they keep this up and will Elias Pettersson pick up some slack down the stretch?

We then look at a few Western teams that are still in the mix in the Utah Hockey Club and the St. Louis Blues. Which one will make it to the post season?

Then we move to an interesting article but Paul Pidutti on some statics for the season. Check it out here!

Then we move onto the Norris Conversation as the seasons end approaches. Has Zach Werenski made a strong enough case to beat Makar or Hughes?

Erik Erlendsson then joins the All 32 to talk Tampa Bay!

  • How Many Teams are in the Eastern Playoff Race? | Daily Faceoff LIVE
    Mar 12 2025

Another day closer to the Stanley Cup Playoffs!

This morning we start by talking about some big games last night as the Wild Card races begin. Every win at this time of the year is huge, who will pull ahead?

We then jump into the Boston Bruins and Florida Panthers matchup last night as tempers flared. The two teams clearly have some hate for each other, imagine if Marchand was on the ice?

Then we look at some Western teams we haven't talked much about, the Minnesota Wild and LA Kings. Will these teams be able to take the next step this postseason?

Then we play some 'Smoke or Fire?' as we discuss some rumors around the league including the Rasmus Dahlin drama in Buffalo and the talk surrounding Mikko Rantanen at the Trade Deadline.

Then Jon Goyens joins to talk about the falling Edmonton Oilers and why they are struggling.

  • The Sens Big Win Puts Them In Control Of Playoff Race | Daily Faceoff LIVE
    Mar 11 2025

    Good morning hockey fans!

Today we kick off the show talking about Aaron Ekblad's 20 game suspension. What does this mean for the Florida Panthers and will this allow Matthew Tkachuk to return before the playoffs?

Then we jump to the Ottawa Senators and their huge win last night over the Detroit Red Wings. Are they destined for playoffs and will Dylan Cozens be a good fit?

We then look at the 'Sellers' from the trade deadline. Which teams did a good job of clearing house and getting back a decent return. Boston? Seattle? Chicago?

Speaking of Chicago, Artyom Levshunov made his NHL debut last night. What does the future look like for the young star and the Chicago Blackhawk.

Murat Ates then joins for the all 32 to talk Winnipeg and if this year could be their time to shine.
