Our brain described physical

Perfect! Steven Fry develops a remarkable account of our brain with all its complexity and history and physiologic and consequences for our life

Agree with other reviewer...........

.....There should be an option- "SwitchOffStupidMusic" although it didn't spoil the interesting and accessible content.

Pitched at just the right level.

A wonderfully accessible introduction to the brain. Lots of specific language used so if this is a new topic to a listener, it would be good to listen a few times to get to grips with the vocabulary. Would have been really helpful to have a vocabulary pdf and an image of the tree analogy from the beginning of the episode. Really looking forward to the rest.

Compelling and relaxing

As always Stephen Fry is a complete joy to listen to. He could read a shopping list and I’d probably still enjoy it.
Add this to the subject matter which is so clearly explained and totally fascinating and you have a winning combination.
I can’t rate this whole series of podcasts highly enough.

Lose the dreadful infantile backing sounds

Whoever thought it was a good idea needs someone to come round and nail their pets head to the kitchen table.

Stephen is brilliant as ever

Fascinating - Great Content engagingly delivered

I noticed people complaining and the "background noise". I wanted to speak up and say that I find the sound scape a rather brilliant addition. It adds depth and interest to what, without Mr Fry's superb delivery, could have been quiete a dry narrative.

Fascinating!

Marvelous and interesting. I only wish Stephen did more podcasts or even documentaries! To be honest he could do a podcast about the origins of bread and I'd listen.

Fascinating and entertaining.

Stephen Fry is as great a narrator as there ever was, enough said there but the content of the podcast is just as compelling. I could, and most likely will, listen to the whole thing all over again. A quick note on the music as some seemed put off by it. I thought it was great. Perfectly in keeping with the subject matter and added some extra atmosphere and style to the deserving content.
