It's important to consume them in moderation as part of a balanced diet.

    Lastly, let's not forget about hydration. Drinking enough water is vital for our bodies to function optimally. Water helps regulate body temperature, transport nutrients, flush out waste, and lubricate joints. It's recommended to drink at least eight glasses of water per day, or more if you're physically active.
