This week we meet Ben, he is a Black belt, a coach, an academy owner and a really cool guy. Ben has recently opened his own academy Haven Jiu Jitsu in Baldwinsville NY (Central NY) and it is amazing.  Ben is also doing some really awesome work with the local police departments and Syracuse University to study the effects of BJJ training in Law Enforcement.  Not that you want to miss any of these episode, but this is a BIG ONE!!
