Warren has been in real estate for 9 years, and he and his team love crunching numbers behind successful investment opportunities, and making the buying & selling process as painless for his clients as possible. Josh, our host today, is a Mortgage Lender with Regions bank, and has been in the finance industry for over 15 years - about the same amount of time he’s lived here in Austin. He specializes in luxury mortgage and the construction to permanent mortgage space. This episode they discuss what they’re seeing in the market, how they address fears their clients bring to them, how to grow their businesses, and some current deals they’re working on.
