  • Lance and Joe are back - hey, it's the offseason, cut them a break! They're back and they've got the goods on Lindy Ruff's return to the Buffalo Sabres as the head coach. They discuss what his return means, what it'll entail, and what to expect from him.

    They'll also talk about Seth Appert getting promoted from the Rochester Americans to be the assistant coach in Buffalo alongside Lindy and what it'll mean to have him there to fix up the power play and rejoin the many prospects he helped get to the NHL.
