    Not just content within the bounds of music, his influence stretches to visual arts, having been featured in major international exhibitions like the Venice Biennial and the Whitney Biennial. In 2012 he was the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s inaugural artist-in-residence and in 2014 he was named National Geographic Emerging Explorer.
