In this episode, I talk about the difference between team and talent. The weaknesses and strengths of having a loaded team full of super individuals and teammates who know what to do within their lane. You can't buy chemistry. I also speak about the new addition to the Warrior's Jimmy Butler and the impact he's had. When you decrease yourself for the greater good of the team you'll create a path for victory on all levels. Christ Yahshua had a team. Marriage is a team. Life is about empowering yourself and those around you. A powerful team is unbeatable!

This is an issue close to my heart and I felt it necessary to talk about it on my podcast. I live in Belleville, New Jersey; a beautiful town with some great people. Yet it grieves me to say that this town has an issue with racism and the people most affected by it are our Latino families, specifically our students at Belleville High School. While MAGA teachers are allowed to intimidate and bully our students via their political statements while on the job, our Superintendent is doing nothing about it. Please help my wife and I bring awareness to this issue and fight for our students and families.

From inside the huddle as a player and taking x's and o's for yourself to now Coaching outside the huddle is a big transformation. I got to speak to my brother minister Daniel who is currently coaching youth basketball. We go in depth about the challenges that some of the younger athletes go through. Sports can become a very positive outlet for so many. To become a great coach, you have to wear many hats. Everything you do will either inspire good or bad. On and off the court you become an example. Minister Daniel or Coach D as his players call him is not only coaching a game of 40 minutes but fathering a game a life. Check out our great conversation!
