  • Helen is no stranger to obstacles or better yet overcoming obstacles.  When Helen found herself living in NY and wanting a different life, she found a path to London.  And again when she re-identified what she wanted, she landed in Ireland. Helen was always told she'd have to work nights, but she didn't want to.  She structures her life how she wants.  She now goes to watch her children play rugby or whatever she wants.  Just the way she envisioned her life. 

    Helen has always worked hard but had an unconscious confidence.  And that's what she encourages others to have - but it's more like conscious confidence.  Know what you want and be that person now or act as though you have that life now to get what you desire in the long run. Your life will start to match what you desire and visualize.
