We are discussing why people now perceive food as evil and how we can change our mindset about food.Contact Lawrencewww.nlightenuwellness.cominstagram @nlightenuwellnessemail us at foodie.files.info@gmail.com Contact Nik Cakes - www.nvcakes.com.au FoodTruck - thefatfork.com.au Follow Foodie Files instagram @foodiefiles_au facebook Foodie Files Lawrence Spanish Style Chicken RecipeSpanish Style ChickenServes 6Prep Time 15-20 minCooking Time 90 minIngredients6 Chicken chops 2-3 Anchovies2 small onions 2tsp sweet paprika400g can diced tomato 1tsp Hot smoked paprika4-6 cloves garlic ¼ cup white wine or chicken stock 2tsp powdered bone broth 15-18 Kalamata OlivesParsley, finely choppedMethodPrevent oven to 16 degreesRoughly chop onion & garlicCombine spices in small bowlsPit & roughly chop olivesIn a frypan on medium heat, heat a good glug of olive oil, brown the chicken pieces. About 2-3 min each side and remove from the pan. Then add the onions fry til soft and translucent, add the garlic and anchovies and continue to fry for 1 min then add spices and toss to cover onion and garlic.Deglaze the pan with the wine(or stock if using), sprinkle over the bone broth powder, add the tinned tomatoes plus half a tin of water, mix well and return the chicken pieces skin side up.Cover and in the oven set timer for 75min. After 75 min remove cover and scatter the olives and continue to cook for 15-20min.Remove from the oven and scatter with parsley. Serve with sides, goes great with pasta, rice, mash potato, greens, or salad.
