Friar Pat's Podcasting ... Listen to Spiritual Prophecy, Musical & Environmental Podcasts

By: Patrick M McCormick
  • Summary

  • Pat's Podcasting Now contains my Spiritual Philosophy and Revelations relative to Creation, Reality, and Life. It is also the place where the world's first two musical podcasts are stored. They are, "Thieves" and "Kissed by a Vampire" and were first played publicly in 2012 on the e-Buffet Online Magazine, one of my projects. I have two other early Podcasts of mine as well posted here. "Fear and the Witchdoctors" and "The Dreamer" were made a few years before the musicals. I'm planning several more Musical Podcasts this coming year and am actively looking for more original recorded music. When I started writing Musical Podcasts, I was trying to develop a different method of promoting music on my online magazine. I quickly realized that I was creating a different conceptual format incorporating narration and recorded music. It's a stand-alone format equal to Motion Pictures or Stage Plays in its ability to affect an audience and it can reach its listeners in remote locations.

  • The Big Bang and The Christmas Prophecy
    Feb 28 2023

For all of you Seekers of Spiritual Knowledge and the Power it brings. It's all a matter of where, and how, you look for it.

My Podcast, "The Big Bang and The Christmas Prophecy," is an actual Revelation, a true modern Prophecy that entered my mind, uninvited, on December 22, 2020.

Is it an actual Spiritual Prophecy? Time will tell. However, if you are one of those "Searchers" for knowledge about Creation, Reality, and Life, you may find some insights here.

    An audio podcast.

  • Thieves Ep!, An Affair on Aquaterra
    Oct 5 2022

Two alien music students take their mother's spaceship and take it to Aquaterra to steal the music of the primitive people there.  It's a Big Bang when they bump into a military satellite and crash.

With luck on their side, they find two girls that are forming a band, return to Alanari, topple an overly harsh government, and fall in love. There are many wonderful tracks of original music as well. It's certainly worth a listen.

I thought "Thieves" was placed on the internet first and it was the first Musical Podcast, MPOD, ever made, but I was wrong. After checking my records, I realized "Kissed by a Vampire" was the first Musical Podcast.

"Thieves," Ep 1, contains the original music of:
    Ricardo Chappe “Ischigualato”
    Martin Ball “Syrup of Wahoo”
    Scorched “Frozen Inside”
    JOANovARC “Running Away”
Steve Garcia “Will You or Won’t You” (Partial)
     Silver Swans “Secrets”
    Merry Ellen Kirk “Candy”
Billy Franks “No Need of Bells”
Ellis Clark “Girls Don’t Rule My World”
Billy Franks “Angel on My Shoulder”
    Dan Moore “No Way Out”
    Billy Franks” Genius and Grace”
Merry Ellen Kirk “All Your Life”
Steve Garcia “Will You or Won’t You”
    Billy Franks “Just”
All music was used with the written consent of the artists.

  • Kissed by a Vampire One Minute Soundbite
    Oct 5 2022

A short teaser about an immoral Investment Banker enslaved by a beautiful Vampire. I believe "Kissed by a Vampire" is the first musical podcast ever made.
