She shares her origin story as a young girl in a large musical family to a beat-boxing, multi-instrumental professional musician!  Mellow Lily travels all over Canada and beyond delighting audiences with her original songs about her Canadian adventures, love, loss and heartache. Introduced to music by his father at an early age, Ruicci found himself playing in bars at the early age of 14. Episode #10 features  Blake Halladay, a local musician with a zest for life and passion for songwriting! Like so many of us only hope to do, Blake recently hung up his work boots to pursue his dream of becoming a full-time musician.  Take a listen to hear how it all started from a park bench in Grimsby to weekly gigs in Niagara and surrounding regions. 

Our ninth episode features social media pet sensation, Bodie the Frenchie and his mom Jen. Discussion topics include the benefits of a raw dog food diet, the importance of finding reputable breeders,  and information specific to the Bulldog breed. We learn how Bodie became a 'bone'afide pet influencer and Jen shares her appreciation for the online community that has now become a source of support.  This was our first experience with a four-legged guest and we thoroughly enjoyed the affection we received from our new furry friend!
