Guest: Coach and Realtor Kim Boda

Kim Li Boda has lived and worked in the Big Bear Valley and has been a Realtor for over 20 years. She has been a top producing agent in listings and sales. She has served on the Big Bear Board of Realtors as President. She has also served as a ‘Director At Large’; ‘Vice Chair’ of Land Use and Environmental and as a ‘Resource Issues Chair’ for Land Use and Environmental all are committees at the State level for The California Association of Realtors. Kim has served on the Agent Leadership Council as well as helped to head the Wellness committee at her Market Center. Kim is known as “The Mindful Agent” and was featured in California Real Estate Magazine. (You can read the article here). She is passionate about mindfulness/meditation because it helped her traverse through the real estate downturn and is now certified to teach meditation and gets a kick out of helping agents de-stress and to achieve a “Mindset for Success” through mental rehearsal. Kim enjoys all the amenities that Big Bear has to offer which includes snowboarding, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, road biking, golfing, and camping. Favorite hobbies besides meditation are gardening, wine tasting, trying new restaurants (eating!) and acrylic/watercolor painting.
