Recently incarcerated individuals known as Returning Citizens represent a huge untapped workforce.

Rich Bevan talked with Matt Cabrey, Executive Director of Select Greater Philadelphia, a council of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia about how his team at Baker Industries helps place Returning Citizens with the right training, the right job, and ultimately the right career opportunity. Bill Stockwell of Stockwell Elastomerics, a 4th generation-owned business joins the conversation and describes how his company has benefited from their partnership with Baker Industries.

We also spoke with Don Mathis from the Comcast NBCUniversal team and Dr. Rajesh Aggarwal from Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and learned how these institutions are embracing virtual healthcare.
