  • In my work as a Neuro Energetic Kinesiologist, I discovered that so much of what makes us ill is a mindset that is not in alignment with our core self. Shifting mindsets isn't something that happens overnight, it is something that we need to change over time. In order to facilitate this shift, I want to open a discussion that focuses on creating, supporting, and reinforcing mindsets that facilitate a healthy mind and life.
