The title is a bit misleading

I normally love this podcast but this episode was confusing. I listened to it two times and still don’t really get it. The topic is difficult. I didn’t understand how to be motivated even when I don’t feel like it. And if I am to not focus on the outcome but only on the action how does that go with the idea of goal setting?
