Kay runs KG Short Stay with her husband and business partner Grant Hutchby, both of them are an incredibly inspiring duo where no problem is insurmountable and where resilience to challenges has helped them grow their business with enormous success in previous years and particularly, this year, after achieving their first million in sales this summer.

In this podcast, Kay talks about the key challenges she’s had to overcome building this business from scratch and how in the last 12 months she’s calmed the chaos in her company, put the right people with the right energy in the right roles, achieved financial clarity to make finance driven business decisions and systemised her business in crucial areas to free up her time.
