Each 10 to 12-minute episode features candid conversations with Brian and his guests—friends, and individuals over 60 sharing their funny, insightful, and sometimes downright ridiculous experiences. From cutting back on fries (sort of), managing blood pressure, and navigating doctor visits to the daily struggle of resisting sweets, no topic is off-limits.

Brian will also be open about his journey—the victories, the setbacks, and everything in between—as he strives to remain active, healthy, and positive (with varying success!).
