This conversation with artist and longtime Buddhist practitioner Diane Stanley is a companion piece to my episode with Murray Stein (ep 154). Diane collaborated with Murray in a series of dialogues that became the book Ways to the Self, recently published by Chiron.

Diane Stanley has studied and practiced Buddhist meditation for over four decades, making extensive journeys to the Himalayan region. She is an artist and lives in Devon, England where she pursues her interests in art, meditation and Jungian psychology.
