Some of us thrive in dynamic environments and adapt fast to changes, while others are the exact opposite. And there is also everything in between. For organizations, this is problematic - how can they manage change when everybody deals with it differently? Especially when thinking about organization-wide change, like introducing new strategies, changing the organisation's culture, replacing ERP platforms, introducing new intranets, etc.
