Steve Ambler is a professor of economics at Université du Québec à Montréal and is the David Dodge Chair in Monetary Policy. He previews what could come in the months ahead. Alberta still holds a 'silver bullet' in this trade war with a possible oil export tax. Premier Smith has said repeatedly that's not on the table.
