Kris has mastered the smoked-house themed restaurant as a five star place to eat. Kris is not only a chef, he's an innovator and business savvy restauranteur.

    Chop Shop BBQ is located in the beautiful downtown Indian Creek Plaza. The restaurants focus is on sourcing ingredients from local, sustainable farming. Primarily take-out based with limited dine-in and patio seating, Chop Shop BBQ is a green and eco-friendly concept basing take-out products from bio-degradable and compostable elements to help eliminate waste.
