Rydalch discusses with host Michelle Bodkin recognizing his mental health struggles and learning to work with them to live a more fulfilling life. After a suicide scare earlier in the year in the middle of the Utes' season, Rydalch has set out to be more open about his own struggles with the hopes it will help others in similar situations. Rydalch is currently working on his own podcast: ‘Beyond the Surface.’ His podcast is set to launch on September 8th, in honor of the first day of Mental Health Awareness week.
