    ED NILES designed Carson's Malibu masterpiece, located high on a bluff on Point Dume, where the television legend spent the last two decades of his life.  The architect originally designed the property in 1978 and he worked closely with Carson over the years to develop and upgrade this spectacular oceanfront property to Carson's specifications.  Niles shares never-before-heard stories of his long friendship and working relationship with the television legend.
