This week I had the absolute pleasure to sit down with a new friend, Dr. Andrea Vitz. Andrea is the author of "The You You've Never Met", director of the Lifted Academy and has made quite the name for herself in the area of emotional sobriety. What an amazing conversation we had, discussing addictions, in all their forms, taking responsibility, and the fact that age doesn't promise maturity. So many moments that had me quietly reflecting. This week I was so very blessed to sit down with Heather Glogolich, a 20 + year law enforcement professional who has been impacting and making a difference in this life everywhere she goes. Tom Rizzo introduced me to Heather, as a special person who "get's it" and since meeting her back in July I am so grateful for the introduction.

Heather and I discuss leadership, culture, and how we become a better version of ourselves. We discussed women in law enforcement and the unique challenges they face, more importantly how they overcome those challenges.
