Local Spotlights: Connie Hunter/ East Neuk Market Garden

  • Summary

  • In this episode, we had the pleasure of speaking with Connie Hunter, the co-founder and owner of East Neuk Market Garden: a 4-acre agroecological farm growing vegetables, salads, herbs, and fruits in the East Neuk of Fife. She tells us about the journey that led her and her partner, Tom, to start East Neuk Market Garden. We also discuss what drew them to agroecological farming practices, and how growing food links to both public and environmental health, as well as our sense of place and community.
