It was very sloppy early but the Chargers showed that they are a second half team, pulling away from Las Vegas late and then smothering them with a defense that played lights out. The Chargers defense under Jesse Minter was awesome in his debut as Los Angeles' DC, getting pressure constantly and forcing big turnovers. The Raiders lead 7-6 at the break. Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack had back to back sacks in the 2nd qtr. The Chargers running game took over in the 2nd half J.K. Dobbins scoring on the first drive of the third qtr and finishing the game with 135 yards. Justin Herbert was 17/26 for 144 and 1 TD that he threw late in the game to Ladd McConkey who caught 5 balls for 39 yards.
