Welcome to NO WAY I'M 60... as I have had the realization many of you are having this year that there is NO WAY I am already 60 and life has flown by like my parents told me it would.

I lost my dad in 2016 and I think I forgot I was fast closing in on 60 then.  I had been deathly sick, lost down to 155 lbs and wondered if I'd even BE 60. Look at me now... fat, 60 and wondering where the hell the time went and more over... what the hell is going on in this crazy world of ours. This is not Democrat or Republiscan... this is AMERICAN and I can't help but wonder what my kids will see at 60... and if I will be around to see all the changes that are coming.  Seeds are sown and get ready.  But enough of that ... lets look back at the greatest time to grow up this country will ever see. We had lights, water and TV.  Bicycles, little league and pee-wee football. Summers off, much shoret breaks from school and had our rear ends whipped when we needed it.

It was the best of times related to music and watching the world unfold and change.  Watching technology explode as we became adults. Having a brick phone that stayed charged a whole hour.  Dialing the phone and wanting a private line in your room.  Ma Bell ruled and we kept dimes in our pocket to call home. It was a great time to grow up.  Let's talk about the things that were great, the changes we saw and the fear we have for tomorrow.
