I’d like a longer version

8 minutes is very short, barely time to get into it. Also it would ups benefit from some more gaps in the speaking. I found it hard to focus on my own thoughts with him talking. I didn’t find any irritating noises and my son enjoyed it as a little introduction to meditation.

If you want to increase your stress levels, listen to this

Simply dreadful. A lot of extremely irritating droney noises which just go on and on persistently throughout. I have tried to listen to it a number of times in case it was my starting mood that was the problem, but nope. Every single time I have listened to this I’ve ended up feeling irritated and far more tense than when I started. I don’t know what research base the idea that such annoying noise can be relaxing comes from, but it certainly doesn’t work for me.
