Patti Talks Too Much

By: Patti
  • Summary

  • Hi. I'm Patti and it's been said - many times - that I talk too much. I'm a teacher, author, nature lover and for ten years I owned a coffeehouse cafe where my faith in the goodness of humans was restored every day. This podcast highlights the awesomeness of humanity - er...outside the warmongers, globalists, tyrants and politicians in general. You know, the rest of us weird, quirky and sometimes hilarious humans.
We'll talk woo, probe mysteries and leave you thinking about something more interesting or entertaining or uplifting than your grocery list, or boss or that oil change your car needs.
I talk too much because I can't help my Gemini moon and Leo Rising nature. I do a podcast because it's cheaper, funnier and more productive than therapy.

Ever wondered how the chaos of the world might be affecting your health? Join me, Patti, on a deeply personal journey as I explore the natural healing path for arthritis amidst the noise of global and national upheavals. Steering clear of traditional medications, I've embraced a lifestyle change by cutting out inflammatory foods like tomatoes and wheat, all while holding onto hope for health policy changes with figures like RFK Jr. My story isn't just about the physical; it's about navigating a labyrinth of misleading health labels and toxic products in our everyday lives, especially as the holidays loom large.

But it's not all serious! Discover the unexpected joy of rekindling my love for dairy through raw goat milk, and the sheer delight of crafting my own cheeses. The therapeutic process of making sourdough bread and cheese has enriched my connection with local farms and community, illustrating the profound beauty in perseverance, exploration, and commitment. We'll also touch on the often-sidelined topic of detoxing heavy metals and parasites, revealing how zeolite has become a staple in my health regimen. This episode is a heartfelt invitation to find inspiration in my experiences and encouragement for your own health journey, all while we share a laugh and some cheese along the way.
