  • The Time We Talked With Trailer Park Orchestra Vocalist, Louis Money
    Sep 10 2024
This interview was done a few months ago and (because I'm both busy and irresponsible at the same time) I didn't start the editing until the beginning August. But I still took forever to finish it, and in the meantime the story that Louis reveals in his hilarious interview with us at the Piedmont Triad Podcast blew up and became a story at the Daily Beast. That story is, of course, about Lt. Governor Mark Robinson and his love of old school bootleg porno from the 90's and how he still owes Louis a $25 fee for his last purchase. And we talk about the awesome band Louis is in, the Trailer Park Orchestra. Weeeee!

  • The Time We Talked to Pink Floyd Expert, John Holly
    Jul 8 2024
On this episode, we talked with Pink Floyd Expert, John Holly. Many people may not be aware, but Pink Floyd got their name from two Carolina bluesmen, South Carolina's Pink Anderson and North Carolina's Floyd Council. Sanford resident John Holly has long been fascinated with the legend of these two underappreciated blues musicians and he spent a little bit of time with us on this episode telling us about this amazing bit of North Carolina history.
