In this meditation, we will look at insecurities we have about our bodies and detach from the identity built upon them. We will practice self-compassion by redefining what makes us lovable to others, but more importantly to ourselves. This is my first guided meditation and I'm excited to record more. This first episode was inspired by my own journey to self-compassion when I'm feeling low.
