#5: This week, Liz and Bryce The Third sat down with Randall Hall (he/him), the former President of Recovery Dharma Global and SMART Recovery Facilitator. They dive into Randall's recovery story and the different paths he practiced before finding the pathway that's right for him.

For Randall, having choices empowers us, and recovery is not a one-size-fit-all. At the root of all these different pathways is community, self-reflection, and the idea that helping others helps ourselves. His words of wisdom: Try different programs, keep an open mind, and find that unique path that resonates with you.
