We chat about Nomadic Saunas (need one), recovery, and the experience both of them had during this record breaking run. Darren finishes off reciting one of the first odes he made and sent to Dan after his Lejog record - which turned out to be the start of a firm friendship and, ultimately, the seeds of the Green Runners.

    Mike Duggan is the Co-ordinator of the ITRA Olympic Trail Running Working Group who is trying to get trail running admitted as a sport into the 2032 Olympics and Paralympics. This means getting a lot of people into the same room on the same agenda but the thought of our sport joining the Olympics is very exciting. We discuss the many loops that must be jumped through to achieve this goal. We also discuss the exciting possibilities for Virtual Reality and digital media to allow more people to spectate what would ordinarily be a remote sport, and in a more sustainable way.
