  • This is a celebration of those two wonderful film critics that went from rivals to partners. Siskel and Ebert was a movie review show unlike any other. These two journalists passionately debated the merits of every kind of film you can possibly imagine. Their show ran from 1975-1999 and what a glorious half hour it was.

    I learned about the movies, how to engage in sincere debate, and that cinema is connected to everything from to politics to religion to philosophy to psychology. These two men made me think but they also made me laugh...a lot.

    So here is a celebration of the kind of television that doesn't really exist anymore. Let's enter into the world of Siskel and Ebert.
