The Death card does not mean someone is going to die. It does however signal a period of grieving. This usually happens when a certain phase in your life has ended, and you are "grieving" this loss. It could be the end of a relationship, the loss of property, a radical change of identity, or any other situation that marks a specific end in life.

The Hanged Man is about pause and perspective. Focus on asking the right questions, not on having the answers. The Hanged Man invites you to change the way you look at things, and change the way you do things. Different actions lead to different results.
