Many of us have either went through this feeling of being either physically abandoned, or emotionally abandoned by maybe a loved one, close friend, or support system. This episode I discuss what Chakra is associated with abandonment issues and how you can begin to re-align that Chakra and heal it using natural and holistic methods.
