Hello, grab a cuppa and join me in conversation with Olivia Ruff where she shares about her work as a medium for spirit babies, and how she was led onto this path.

Olivia Roff is a Mystical Birth Guide and Teacher, who guides women who have previously experienced womb trauma, on their Motherhood journey, from pre-conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Olivia guides women into becoming the Mother their Soul came here to be.

In 2020, after experiencing two miscarriages, Olivia received a beautiful call from Spirit Babies, asking her to usher in their Magical Souls to Earth and to
guide their Mothers on their Motherhood journey. Since then, Olivia has been on an incredible journey, and has initiated some deep healing.

Olivia teaches the wisdom of our babies and children being our mirrors, they reflect back to us where our wounding is, and where our healing is being called
for. Olivia is passionate about sharing this wisdom with other Mothers, and supporting them in seeing the wisdom and guidance their babies and children, both in Spirit and on Earth, have to offer them.

Join myself and Aimee, a friend, and colleague of mine, in conversation around the benefits of connection, healing and holding sacred space for parents through pregnancy birth and the parenting journey. Its hard to pin one title for this chat because it covers so much. I hope you enjoy it!

Aimee is a doula, doula trainer and Energy-Lift Healer. Working with families since 2010, initially as a breastfeeding peer support and body work practitioner, focused on the post partum period. Always fascinated by observing how bringing the body into a state of deep peace, brings about healing on many levels.

After experiencing the profound personal transformation in her own life, Aimee studied with Shakti Durga in 2012, to train as an Ignite Your Spirit practioner to support her own clients.

Aimee works with her clients using ShaktiDurgas's healing modality Ignite Your Spirit; this practice helps to heal past traumas, clear negative thought patterns, and clean & uplift the energy field. This happens through connecting clients with their own inner light, wisdom and innate power to heal. Clients are uplifted and experience transformative life changing experiences.

As part of her dedication in the birth space, she also trains doulas with Developing Doulas. As well as running an annual mentoring container for birth professionals, “Sacred Birth”, supporting those working with families during the perinatal period to open to the energetic and soul dimensions of their work.

Imelda Almqvist is an international teacher of Sacred Art and Seiðr/Old Norse Traditions (the ancestral wisdom teachings of Northern Europe). So far she has written four non-fiction books and three picture books for children. Natural Born Shamans: A Spiritual Toolkit for Life (Using shamanism creatively with young people of all ages) in 2016, Sacred Art: A Hollow Bone for
Spirit (Where Art Meets Shamanism) in 2019, Medicine of the Imagination - Dwelling in Possibility (an impassioned plea for fearless imagination) in 2020 and North Sea Water In My Veins (The Pre-Christian spirituality of the Low Countries) was published in June 2022.

Imelda is currently working on a handbook for rune magicians (about the runes of the Elder Futhark).
The Green Bear is a series of picture book for children, aged 3 – 8 years. The stories and vibrant artwork, set in Scandinavia, invite children to explore enchanting parallel worlds and to keep their sense of magic alive as they grow up.

Imelda has presented her work on both The Shift Network and Sounds True. She appears in a TV program, titled Ice Age Shaman, made for the Smithsonian Museum, in the series Mystic Britain, talking about Mesolithic arctic deer shamanism.
Imelda has a forest school on the East Coast of Sweden, situated near rune stones, petroglyphs, stone circles and a famous grave mound. She takes her students on many field trips! She also travels a lot to teach in person in other locations. To stay engaged with her students all over the world, Imelda runs an on-line school called Pregnant Hag Teachings, where all classes she teaches remain available as recordings which can be watched any time.
In 2024 Imelda will teach her first sacred art retreat in Greenland and prepare her students by teaching a webinar in basic Greenlandic!
