On today's episode, I share with you the importance of night time routine. It's important to note that even if you're working on a morning routine, it starts at night. Having this nighttime routine is going to allow you to actually go to bed and be able to rest. And as we go through these building blocks, keep in mind, you don't have to have all of these, but I do recommend starting somewhere. Start with the one that would solve the biggest problems for you, whether that is capturing your to-dos for the next days, or wrapping up the day and starting the morning with a clean kitchen.
