When you are facing a challenge, maybe it is something outside of your comfort zone, which is where you need to be because being outside of your comfort zone is where you are going to find your biggest wins, You are going to need all of your self-confidence to successfully take on the newest and possibly biggest challenge you are facing as a self-employed person with a disability.
The best way to give your self-confidence a quick boost is to quickly review all your past successes.
Close your eyes – unless you are listening to this podcast while you are driving your car.

How high was your self-confidence after facing and completing the once-impossible challenge?
Would you like to experience those feelings of euphoria again?
Now open your eyes and start using your memories of past successes to pump up your self-confidence for the challenge you are facing now.
