The Discomfort of Transformation

  • Summary

  • When we can release our clinging to beliefs and identities (religion, relationship, worth through work), we make ourselves available to growth and the full experience of life. Our work then is to practice letting go and embrace the discomfort of the uncertainty that brings. This is how we find our true selves.

In this episode, we dive into the necessary process of letting go so that we can make space for our own transformation. Some call this awakening, enlightenment, or perhaps deconstruction and reconstruction, but regardless of what we name it and which areas of life it applies to, we find the practice essential to our boundless growth, permeating all aspects of life.
