  • 167: [EDUCATION] 5 Things That are Truly Spooky to Think About As a Woman in 2024
    Oct 30 2024

Content warnings for this episode: I am talking about some topics that can be seen as politically charged. While that is not the point of this episode, it is something to keep in mind. I personally identify with liberal views and values so if you do not, this episode might not be for you. Please practice kindness and understanding while listening to today’s episode.

In 2024, there are many many things that we are facing as women that are *truly* spooky. In today’s new episode, I break down five things that are TRULY spooky to have to know and realize as a modern day female. You would think we are further along in most of these things but unfortunately we are not. I believe it’s important to stay informed in an age where false information is spread like wildfire. So tune in, take a lesson, and learn!

  • 166: [STORYTIME] 3 Things I’ve Done in 2024 That Me a Year Ago Would Pass Out About
    Oct 16 2024

I want you to stop for a second and think about where you are right now and just really start to think about all the things you’re doing now that you, a year ago, would freak out about. I got caught in this line of thinking recently and thought it would be cool to share with you three things that have happened in 2024 that past me would totally freak out about.

You are an ever growing human being friend and I hope you know that changing, pivoting, and evolving is a natural part of life. You aren’t stuck, you aren’t always going to be where you are now. And that’s a really cool thing.

  • 165: [STORYTIME] 4 things I'm Really Bad at that I’m Okay Being Bad At
    Oct 2 2024

This is a public service announcement that literally no one in the world is the best at everything all the time. And if that doesn’t feel true to you, I am pulling the curtain back on some things that I’m really bad at (that I’m also okay being bad at!).

It’s okay to *not* be the best at everything all the time. Your perfectionist heart may be uncomfortable with this, but learning to be okay with having faults is a part of life. I hope that by sharing my faults, you feel less alone in your own.
