Author, journalist, and documentary producer Tamsen Fadal made menopause education her life’s mission after going through it herself with little to no guidance. There are lots of myths and stigmas surrounding menopause and its treatment. For example, many women do not get hormone therapy that could change their lives because they are concerned about breast cancer risks. However, some of the risk around this is overstated.
