I'm back after a couple of days of frustrations and lost episodes. I now have some redundancy built into the system here so I don't lose episodes due to glitches and file corruption. Anyway, there's a new microphone involved.

Another 30+ minute podcast talking about working out and how most of us do it wrong. I'm apparently digging the longer recording times. Fifteen minutes just couldn't contain my ramblings.

Starting this week off by recording a longer episode just because I can! The new platform allows it so I am going to go it. Stay tuned for a better format and a little less off-topic ranting in the near future.
