2024 has finally come to a close and the boys have played their final rounds in the Yearly Championship. After 12 months of good rounds, bad rounds, injuries and everything else in between, the contest has come down to the final round on the final day of the year!

Andy and Steve take us through the round that many are already calling "The Kooindah Classic" to see who takes out the coveted "Shadow Swing" trophy for 2024.

There is also a big announcement for the Pilgrims about how to get involved in the 2025 Yearly Championship, this is big...

In the last episode for 2024 Steve takes us deep down the rabbit hole of psychology and how it may or may not help with his mental game. He then shares some recent work he has done using AI to create a development plan to improve his game and work towards a scratch handicap. No surprises to hear that Andy Walker is a little skeptical on both counts...

The moment has arrived for the boys to take on their biggest challenge so far. Having both qualified for this state level tournament, Steve and Andy travel to the historic inland city of Parkes in the Central West of NSW to test their games against a full field of the best golfers in regional New South Wales. With two days of stroke play on a championship course, this will definitely be a significant test of mind and body.

The boys wrap up the month of October with the chase for the Yearly Championship getting to the very pointy end...

Steve and Andy talk through their respective build ups to the NSW Country Championships to be held on November 9th and 10th at Parkes Golf Club in the Central West of NSW. The long term question of finding a coach is finally answered by Steve.

And then the Breakdown. Steve takes us through exactly what happened during his recent round at Wentworth which threatened to rob him of all of his recently hard earned confidence. Fair to say, we've all been there!
