Excellent

Incredibly informative. Covered all the questions I had been wanting answers for. As a perimenopausal woman with a few family members with dementia and alzheimers I have been trying to find the best way of protecting my own brain health. This episode provides plenty of pointers on how to do just that. Thank you for tackling this difficult subject with such fantastic Drs. Really helpful & I will be re-listening and taking notes!
