    Jul 8 2024

Joel Fuhrman, M.D. discusses the significance of omega-3 levels in the brain and highlights the risks associated with consuming modern fish due to increased toxic compounds. Dr. Fuhrman underscores the importance of early exposure to the right sources of DHA and EPA. Instead of turning to fish, which may have been safe decades ago, he advises the use of supplements to avoid harmful toxins. Additionally, he emphasizes the importance of developing a taste for natural foods without the influence of added salts or strong spices. #Omega3 #BrainHealth #HealthyEating

Some scientific inaccuracies mixed with useful bits

Lots of useful information, especially the bits on gut brain interaction, but sadly also some inaccuracies; ie., things that more up to date science has disproved (eg., re fat).

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
